What we collect

When you use our “Book a Free Measure & Quote” form (or related enquiry forms on this site), we may collect:

• Name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Suburb
• Service type / project details (what you need, approximate number of windows, and any message you provide)
• An optional photo of your window, blinds or awning area, if you choose to upload one

We may also receive technical information that our hosting and form providers collect automatically (such as IP address, browser type and submission time) as part of spam protection and security.

Why we collect it

We use this information to:

• Respond to your enquiry and arrange a free measure and quote

How the quote form is processed

Quote form submissions are sent to Netlify Forms (provided by Netlify, Inc.), which hosts this website and stores form submissions securely on our behalf. Submissions are posted to our site’s Netlify Forms endpoint and may trigger email notifications to our business inbox so we can reply to you.

Netlify processes this data as our service provider. Their handling of data is also governed by Netlify’s own privacy and security practices. We do not share your enquiry with unrelated third parties for their marketing.

Who we share information with

• Netlify — website hosting and Netlify Forms (form storage and delivery)
• Our business email provider — so we can receive and reply to notifications about your enquiry
• Professional advisers or authorities — only if required by law

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Storage and retention

Enquiry details are retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your request, complete any work you engage us for, and meet ordinary business record-keeping needs. When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it where practicable.
